1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and jl9999. By accessing or using the jl9999 platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the Android app — you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. 6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on jl9999 are subject to the specific rules for each game or sport type, which are available within the relevant section of the platform. General rules that apply across the platform include:

• Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended unless jl9999 explicitly provides a cash-out or edit feature for that market.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a game or bet, jl9999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return stakes to the account.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Making deposits using payment accounts not held in your own name.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

On account closure, any legitimate remaining balance (after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
